French Chrismas Greetings

1, 2011 QUARTER CHICKEN SAT A SPRING BEER AWARD

This entry is dedicated to my neighbor Loli who follows my blog anonymity, every day I encourage you to do a blog, I hope one of these convincing.

This recipe with beer avoid having to water the chicken, heat the beer is watering chicken, greasers is in the pan when the chicken is made with flour can make a rich sauce.


Ingredients: 1 Chicken
clean ready for roasting

ground pepper
oil crushed garlic salt

1 bottle of beer
Potatoes (to accompany)


PREPARATION:
Clean the chicken, seasoned as usual I have put an example of just spice with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and oil.
But you can flavor with herbs de Provence.
Open bottle of beer and take away a bit of good clean beer out the bottle to make it more hygienic as possible and enter the bottle in the chicken so the chicken is sitting on it, place it on the tray and , introduced in the oven at a temperature of 200C cooking over an hour depending on size of chicken.
Serve with potatoes.
