Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Francis Allison, inspected the construction of residential project of The Cherry Groove, where 288 apartments are built under the New Credit Mivivienda program, and reiterated that works there as that will allow the sector visited Construction to grow 5.3% this year and lead the economic growth of our country.

The value of apartments ranging from S /. 148.000 and is part of the New Credit MIVIVIENDA, which funds housing between 14 ITU (S /. 49.700) and 50 ITU (S /. 177.500). It also offers the Good Payer Award of S /. 10.000, time deposits in soles and up to 20 years to pay off their credit.
The total construction investment amounts to S /. 35'000, 000, and is developed by Century 21 & Associates Construction and Investment Projects The Alamo SAC, being funded by the BBVA Banco Continental. It is estimated that upon completion of the project the number of jobs created directly and indirectly reach 4.800.
